Q: How do I make a mail in order?
A: Since most of our items are either one of a kind, or are in very limited quantities we ask our customers contact us either through our telephone line or contact page. We will then tell you the availablity on your item and can set one aside for you. We will also calculate exact shipping for your purchase.
Afterwards we'll send you an email to an address you supply with a printable invoice you can send in with your payment.
Once we've recieved your order/ payment we'll send you another email to notify you of receipt of payment and when we'll be shipping your order out.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Currently we accept online payments through Paypal, one of the most trusted forms of payment on the web!
All online payments are secured through Paypal, and they accept most major credit cards. Paypal payments made using an Echeck usually take 4-6 business days to clear depending on your bank's policies.
All item's prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars)

Orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours of cleared payment (weekends and holidays excluded) please allow slightly more time for larger orders.
Q: Are prices negotiable? Do you offer lot pricing/ bulk discounts/ wholesale pricing?
A: All prices are non negotiable. Items are priced according to the materials used, what the item is, and how long they took to manufacture.
All items, with the exception of our vests, sold at House of Krypilo, have been individually professionally hand made, with much care and attention to detail. As a result, they are priced accordingly.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items may be returned within 20 days of purchase as long as they are still in unworn, unsoiled condition. This does not apply to custom sized items, or instructional material. Custom items and printed material are all sales final.
Please contact us before returning your item so that we may note it in our records and can expect it's arrival.
You will get an email confirmation upon our receipt of the item and your Paypal account will then be credited.
Shipping is non refundable.
